is my pottery safe in the dishwasher?

Yes. All our pottery is dishwasher, oven, and microwave safe (unless stated otherwise, but this is rare).

how long will it take to ship once I hit ‘purchase’?

Please allow 3 days for processing and packing, and an additional 3-7 days to arrive to you. If you need a piece in a hurry, please reach out and we can try to accommodate. Please check out our shipping page for more details.

do you do custom pieces?

We do! And we would love to get creative with you. Please email us, or reach out on instagram so we can set something up.

if I break my pot accidentally, can you make me a new one?

All our pieces are unique and one of a kind. While we can definitely try to make you one that matches your broken piece, we can’t guarantee it’ll look exactly the same. Please reach out regardless, and we’ll see what we can do.

can I return my piece?

No, we don’t accept returns on any items. If you’re unhappy with your piece, please reach out to us directly via email.

what should I wear for my pottery class?

We recommend wearing clothes you don’t mind getting dirty. Closed-toed shoes, a short sleeve shirt, or long sleeves you can roll up. We’ve found shorter fingernails make it easier to throw, and removing all rings and bracelets before starting class.
